Product Care & Repair

Each piece of jewelry is handcrafted by the Eon atelier, making every item truly one-of-a-kind. Slight variations may occur as a natural result of the handmade process, reflecting the unique character of both the piece and its wearer. The care and maintenance of the jewelry are the responsibility of the purchaser. Below are some helpful tips for preserving your precious treasure.

All gemstone-set pieces are meticulously hand-set by experienced gem setters from the Eon studio. As daily wear may cause subtle shifts in the metal settings, we recommend periodically inspecting your jewelry to ensure the stones remain secure. Should you notice any loose stones, please contact us or consult a local jeweler promptly. Please note that most of the gemstones we use are unique specimens, and replacements may differ from the original stones in appearance. Please be aware that Eon cannot be held responsible for any gemstone damage that occurs after the jewelry has left our workshop.

To prevent accidental damage, please remove your jewelry before engaging in activities such as swimming, climbing, or exercising at the gym. Cosmetics may react with metals, leading to tarnishing or discoloration. To minimize oxidation, apply perfume before putting on your jewelry, and avoid allowing creams to accumulate beneath gemstones. Silver jewelry should be stored in airtight containers or anti-tarnish jewelry boxes. Most of our pieces can be cleaned with mild soap and warm water.
